The initial meeting will take place with GPC at our office or on the client’s premises, to do necessary inspection on the product and what we will be working with. We will look at the size of your project and do the necessary assessment needed.
We will provide you with a step by step process of what we recommend, and a timeline of how long it would take to complete the task and implement necessary systems.
Once our systems and menus that we have created for you have been put in place, we will arrange a meeting to discuss with you what procedures and menus we have put in place, as well as necessary stock that would have to be ordered.
We will come out personally to train the staff and management on all procedures, systems and up to date product knowledge. We lead from the front, training staff on the difference between hospitality and the more technical side of service.
Handover of menus and procedures is the final step of our consultation. We personally will come out once a week .or on client’s request, to do inspections on the procedures and training implemented.
